Official or Tiqets?
The official site shows the base fare and sells the drink and restaurant packages. The Tiqets ticket is entry only: arrive 15 minutes early and go straight to security on the first floor. Because it cannot be changed, pick the official site if your plans are loose, and read the change rules there before paying. If you already buy Tiqets tickets for the Neues Museum or the DDR Museum, check whether Tiqets's combined prices beat two separate tickets.
The revolving restaurant
The Sphere Tim Raue restaurant sells table-plus-entry tickets: breakfast EUR 33.50, currywurst lunch EUR 42, schnitzel lunch EUR 52 (until 4 pm) and a four-course menu at EUR 154. Worth it if you really want to eat up there; for the view alone, the standard ticket already includes the Sphere Bar.
TV Tower or Reichstag dome?

Is a guided tour worth it?

Practical tips
- Take a late slot to see Berlin by day, then lit up.
- No suitcases or large bags; there are no lockers.
- The tower is not wheelchair accessible.
- The DDR Museum is ten minutes away on foot.
