Works in 2026

The northern part of the U6 (Kurt-Schumacher-Platz – Alt-Tegel) remains closed for works, with replacement buses; BVG aims to reopen around August 2027. A temporary closure of Nollendorfplatz station (U1, U3, U4) was announced from January 2026 over a collapse risk: we could not check whether it is still in force. Read BVG's notices the day before. An average fare rise of 3.72% is announced for 1 January 2027.
