What you find at the ZOB
The operator, IOB mbH, does not sell tickets or give coach timetables. The station has a waiting hall with seats, ticket counters, a lift, toilets, lockers and a few shops (bakery, kiosk, fast food). Tickets are bought from the coach companies, notably Flixbus, Ecolines or a travel agency. Renovation work is under way: check your coach's bay on site.
Luggage storage: conflicting information
The BVG lists video-monitored lockers at €2 to €5 a day depending on size; other sites say there are none. Treat them as possible but not guaranteed, and keep a fallback such as a left-luggage point in town or the lockers at Berlin Hauptbahnhof.
Arriving at night
The ZOB's official site publishes no opening hours or security rules. If your coach arrives late, prepare your night journey (S-Bahn, U-Bahn or taxi) before arrival, keep your bags with you and do not walk off in the dark with suitcases. The Radio Tower is close but the area is a trade-fair district, quiet in the evening.
