Which one to pick
For 4 people, the 2-hour tour at 150 € per car is cheapest. Alone or as a pair, the 75-minute tour (4.8/5) is enough to see Mitte and the former East. The XXL version adds stops, useful if you love photography.
Good to know
Trabants are noisy and basic: no modern airbag or air conditioning. The route changes by operator; check that the Wall and Checkpoint Charlie are included. For history see East Germany and ostalgie and the DDR Museum.
