Time slot and security
The site advises booking a free time slot online to wait less; you can also buy at the desk. There is a security check at the entrance and only carry-on bags fit the lockers. Last admission is at 5 pm; the museum is closed on Mondays, 14 November and 24 December 2026.
The Libeskind route
Allow three hours: the zigzag building, the voids and the Garden of Exile matter as much as the exhibition. From 23 November to 4 December 2026 the Shalekhet installation and the Gallery of the Missing are closed. Our Jewish Museum Berlin page describes the spaces.
When a guided tour is worth it
Public themed tours cost EUR 6 (EUR 3 reduced); the Tiqets ticket includes no guide, and the on-site audio guide is not available according to the listing (use the app). For background, see Jewish Berlin.
