Before or after Checkpoint Charlie?
The panorama is two minutes from Kochstraße/Checkpoint Charlie station. We would put it before the crossing: it sets the scene of the divided city in an hour, then Checkpoint Charlie makes more sense. Opening time or late afternoon avoids the crowd at the crossing.
Official or Tiqets?
Tiqets offers free cancellation until the day before and skip-the-line entry; the real price shows at booking, to compare with the EUR 14 starting rate. Allow one hour; texts are in German and English.
When a guided tour is worth it
The visit is short and visual: the live guide in the Tiqets listing can help, otherwise a full route works better, see In the footsteps of the Berlin Wall. Access: asisi Panorama.
